Needs:
Reliable and affordable access to clean and safe water for drinking, cooking and daily use is peculiar to all users. While some can afford to buy water in large quantities, others only purchase it in smaller quantities, hire people to help them get water, or simply fetch it from available sources.

Insight:
Access to not just water but clean water is a universal and fundamental need. Everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, needs water for the continuity of life.

People devise different means of getting water since the need for water must be met regardless of geographical location and socioeconomic status.

Affordability also needs to be considered in this regard. Though everyone needs water, individuals will prefer to go for affordable options.

Problem Statement
Connection to affordable and reliable access to clean and safe water becomes a priority. Some people have sources of water, but their sources are not reliable in the sense that they need to have the phone numbers of different suppliers in order to be on the safe side. Others need to hire people to fetch water for them; however, when those people are not available, they are stranded without water. Yet, some other users need to go all the way to fetch water, but this is time- and energy-consuming.
