A glossary of some sorts for the different ideas, steps and processes that are created to help make the workshops successful.

Learning groups

A learning group serves as your accountability partner. The structure is simple, you should hold frequent meetings (once a week or twice a month), everyone shares their issues in 5 - 10 mins sprints, then a maximum of 2 members share insights in 5 mins sprints.

There should be a revolving guide from the participants, so everyone guides the conversation at some point, and there should be a minimum of 4 people in each study group and a maximum of 12. The minimum number can be waived when there aren’t enough members.
